  • Pita bread. They are huge, more filling then bread for me. The other day I put spicy egg salad in one and rolled it up. The ones I got are only 140 cal each.
  • Today it was cream of wheat (With 2% milk) and a protein drink. I discovered I do better with a lighter calorie breakfast, leaving the rest for lunch/dinner/snacks in the evening.
  • I've had good luck at Trader Joe's. I always use to go to Whole Foods but was told TJ was cheaper and it is. Granted, it's not as huge as WF, but I can get several days worth of meals and individual items that I can use to mix and match for meals.
  • Weighed in at 240 on 1/15 and this morning (2/14) weighed 230.8. Wanting to get down to 140. Everyone's information is incredible to read..gives me hope!!
  • Turning 50 this year....have left hypothyroid problem go unaddressed for decades. Finally am sticking with the medication I need, got my TSH back to normal, and decided if I HAVE to age I'm going to get myself in better shape...needing to lose 70-75 pounds.
