Cool summer morning. Haven't had many of those. Friend and I took our pups for a 6 mile hike. Beautiful. Trying to keep up with the water. Drinking between 80-100 a day. Should be more, but that's all I drink. NO other beverages, so I get in what I can.

Daily post Tuesday Track ✔ Calories 👍 Exercise ✔ Going to be cooler tomorrow morning so a friend and I are taking our pups on a 6 mile hike. Cant wait. Haven't been hiking much this summer - too hot and too many rattlesnake sightings.

Has your area decided what they are going to do? We don't know anything yet, but my guess is that we will start online Distance learning and go from there. I am afraid what would happen we go back full time. Too many unknowns to just say to send them back and see what happens.

Trying to keep this up. I'm a morning person, which is great that I can beat the heat. I walk a mile then jog 2 miles. That must be a sight! Then I walk the dogs a mile. Soon I will resume hiking. I love hiking, but there have been too many rattlesnakes in the mountains this year. I don't do snakes. Any other hikers here?

I've been an early riser all my life. Even when I don't have to work, I still get up early. I love getting my exercise in the morning. Walking, Hiking, Gym (on hold for now). I'm usually out as soon as it's light enough to see.
