I am, almost missed that, thanks! Today was a new low and I normally take several days at the least to see it again when that happens, but seeing that 14 at the front was awesome even knowing that. 🤣

Great job for the week, team! 👍🏻 Exercise? 3 mile run ✅ In calorie budget? Nope, Sundays I tend to eat all the extra calories from earlier in the week, so I’ll be having an awesome snack in a bit. 😋 Tracked? Indeed!

Our “natural bodies”, so to speak, are meant to be moving frequently, hunting and gathering foods instead of driving to the store, and eating minimally processed foods. The truth is, it would be very difficult to use your natural body cues to successfully maintain health because those cues evolved (or were intelligently…

Mine this month is to burn 28,700 calories through my move goal, which means I have to average 957 calories every day this month. Not exactly the easiest goal I’ve gotten, but I’m going to try! Last month was 2,180 exercise minutes and I just managed it the very last day. 🤣

I have an iphone, ipad and apple watch and used to frequently use all three plus my oven timer when cooking. But once i got confused about which was which and ended up with dry, rock hard rice and meat that only LOOKED cooked. Now i set different alarms on my phone with names for what is what. “Hey siri, set an alarm for…

Day 95 - 95.52 Finally caught my miles up to the day. 😁 Walking is great exercise, too! Easier on the knees as well. 👍🏻 Good luck with your goal, sounds like something to look forward to for sure!

Exercise? Yes, 4 mile run in a wonderfully light rain. It was fantastic. Within calorie budget? Yes! Tracking? Yes!

@Hilogirl2018 If you are currently losing as expected (meaning you’re set to 1.5 and seeing close to that as an average for weekly loss), then you should be able to eat an extra 250 calories and still lose 1 pound a week, yes. Every 500 calories in daily deficit should equate to about one pound of fat loss a week if your…

I have a calorie goal of 1450. 5’6” female, lightly active, set to lose one pound every week. I do eat back most of my exercise calories so I normally eat between 1700-2000 daily. I recalculate my goal to get an adjusted calorie limit every week when I update my weight. If you’re already at a goal of 1200 it’s probably…

I’ve been using the Elomi Energise sports bra through multiple sizes and am just about to size down out of the sizes they make it in (so much sadness and angst about what to use now). I’ve used that style bra through 38GG all the way down to 34G and it’s been an amazing bra for me. It’s not a cheap bra, but not…

Exercise? Yes, an hour of DDR with punching and 10 minutes running up and down my stairs. Within calorie goal? Yes, 2 calories to spare. I cut it close! 🤣 Tracking? Yes! I’ve got over 20k steps for the day so far. I’ll be sitting down for the rest of the evening though so not likely to add many more on. I’ve met or…

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I played DDR for 50 minutes and added in punches for extra burn. Adding in the punches brought my burn up to 8 calories per minute from the usual 5 I get. Also, free arm workout. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Indeed. Did I keep track of everything I ate and…

Are these exercise/calorie budget/calorie tracking posts something we are supposed to do every day? I hadn’t read anything about that so I’m not sure if that’s just something some people like to post? I have actually all three today though so if it’s a daily check in I’m still good. 🤣

Last check-in weight: 152.6 Current weight: 151.6 Pounds until 149: 2.6 I ran 11 miles this past week and took a ten mile walk yesterday. I hurt my neck so I did a lot of cardio instead of strength training. It’s feeling all better so I’ll be back to it tomorrow!

Thanks, @BonnieHosk85 ! LadySaton April Week 1 PW: 152.6 CW: 151.6 Very happy with that pound loss. My goal is to lose between 1-1.5 pounds every week, but this week was so crazy I wasn’t convinced it would happen. 😁 Good luck everyone this week, we’ve got this!

My sister visited this week, so I ate a little heavier than usual and my step count was low. I ran 11 miles though and took a ten mile walk today so hopefully my weight will be at least a little down tomorrow. @BonnieHosk85 It’s always relieving to hear someone say their grown children did well with homeschooling. Mine are…
