Just checking in! Lost 8.4 last week for my first week. I'm sure some is water weight, but that's okay! Taking care of 2 sick teens, but now I have that feeling like I'm getting something! I hope not!

Maybe work on spacing your meals. Low carb at dinner. I drink a GIANT mug of hot tea around 7 to 8. Try flavors that have a comfort feel to your taste buds...not just any tea. Love this! I am new. My weekly goals: 1. Drink all my water and nothing but water 2. Logging all my food 3. Go to bed on workdays by 10 and trying to sleep the whole night. -This will be my biggest challenge since I have been suffering from insomnia lately.
