I also do the mini chocolate bars or just a few M&ms, the peanut ones since there is more protein. I also take the first day of my period off from working out. That's my day to lay under a blanket and watch a chick flick and if the cramps are bad the next day I will take a stretching class at the gym. Hope this helps.

My hubby bought me my very own wall ball to practice with at home. I love it so that's an idea. A jump rope to practice those double unders, hand grippers to help prevent calluses during the pull-ups and deadlifts, kettle bell, or even a subscription to a crossfit magazine. Hope these help!

Don't get discouraged! Take the bad days in stride and celebrate the good ones. Also I noticed you ate 600 calories. I'm 45 and joined cross fit last year. I've lost 52 pounds and am now at a plateau. I can definitely tell that it is taking forever to lose weight.
