I pretty much skipped a meal to make up for the gift of white chocolate. If I'm going to starve for it, it could have at least been strawberry cream. Ah well. At least it's not every day.

All I know is that I've just hit the weight I was when I was an active teen, but I doubt I'll ever have that waistline again. I'm still 3 inches away from that, despite being the same weight I was then. I keep thinking my organs are bigger now, if that isn't totally absurd.

I like the little red pepper (pimento?) stuffed olives. They'e so full of flavor that they just inundate the taste buds and I usually forget whatever I was craving.

Same here. Must be a cat thing ;) This is actually my first time dieting - I couldn't be bothered to before and besides, I love cheesecake. But, yeah, I'm actually kind of amazed by how the weight has just melted off so far.

I tend to trust my body. If I'm feeling hungry, I eat them back. If I'm not, I don't. But I'm not super dedicated to the cause. As long as I see the scale going down, I don't care if it's a little faster or slower.

10 weeks here. Been watching my weight for 5 weeks and I'm already a little over half way to goal, so this should be cake (well, without the cake).

Does dragging luggage half way around the globe count as gaining muscle mass? Anyone have any non-gym non-equipment tips?

I'll have my laptop with and be working through the entire thing, so not entirely lucky. But at least it'll be on a beach :)

I'll have a 7-up once in a great while, but there's just too much junk in soda to drink it normally.

I hope my new town has a gym. I do plenty of cardio but have never really gotten into lifting, so you may be onto something with that.

I'm just annoyed because mine has shrunk a bit but not gone away and I'm 4 pounds away from my goal...and I'm not going below that goal. What are the odds that the last 4 pounds will all be belly? :anguished:
