It's not just 3 stone, I need to lose 9 overall but that really is too much in 2 months hahaha the wedding was meant to be last year but we brought it forward xx

I'm just doing cardio atm but I know I need to step it up, I'm not doing it for anyone else but myself, I want to be able to look back at my wedding pictures without thinking I look vulgar so I have to try, I might not get the full 3 stone but that's my goal
