It is an exciting day. I measured my calves and I officially can fit into knee high boots. Zero times in my adult life has that been possible. I ordered some today. I am finally going to get to wear some this fall/winter!

I have had so many lately. Being chosen to teach an exercise class instead of just taking them, wearing clothes I haven't worn since before I had 3 kids and my kids asking to exercise with me are my favs. I love that I am teaching them to start with a healthier life, instead of fixing issues later.

Weekly Weigh in- week 2 (Early - usually Monday weigher) Previous Weight: 258.6 Current Weight: 253.4 I can't believe this weigh-in! So excited, I guess thats what good tracking and workouts gets me. At the last couple of events I went to, I offered to bring my own food for the grill. Then I carried a water glass with lime in it around with me. It helped me stay in check, and away from using my free hands to grab from the buffet set up. I know you will do great!

Just take one day at a time, one meal at a time if you need too. It is really difficult if not impossible to out exercise a bad diet. I believe in you! You can do this.

I am just taking classes right now and subbing occasionally. I have to finish my CPR/first aid class to be a regular teacher with a class. I am hoping I will have my own class in about 6 weeks when the new session starts.

Daily post Tuesday 9/4 Track: Yes! Calories: Under Exercise: Yes - Water aerobics Had a perfect day. My carbs were on point, exercise had a good burn for how long I was in the pool. If every day was like today, I would reach my goals in no time! I am trying to make Wednesday just as awesome.

I am on vacation from 9/8 to 9/16. I won't have access to internet or scales. Can I weigh in Saturday Morning before I leave and have it count for Monday? Or does it just go down as a miss?

Our cookout is tonight, I spoke up and offered to bring my own food. They were happy to accommodate me and leave sauces/stuffing out of the meat dish for me. I used to be so nervous asking for any changes. I hope your SUPAAAH GLUE stuck. I will be applying mine before we go tonight LOL
