since weigh in I've been on the war path eating carbs and sweet treats. I am doing one set because I also following a training program 6 days per week. I know others are doing 3 sets. The LBD will get tougher as the days progress so I would do what is within your comfort level.

Well @dbackgrammy and @SmithsonianEmpress I was stressed to the max today Violet was just crying a lot, threw up on me and there was a mountain of chores I needed to do so I ate sweets today and tomorrow I live to fight another day. I eat sweet treats to de-stress but then I feel like crap after. Anyone else feel this way?

What I mean by consistency is to just do the workout one set and done. it is achievable and will build confidence to keep going. hope this is helpful

My advice is to take it one day at a time. Go by how you feel that day. I've been fit and very unfit. I just got back into fitness after having my daughter almost 8 months ago. if you put too much pressure on yourself you might develop a negative association to doing it. aim for consistency everyday instead of 3 sets if…

I don't drink because I'm breastfeeding my 7 month old but I love sweets! I will abstain from my sweet treat after dinner through Monday instead.
