Yes. Dinner at a favorite place but not going to worry about it. Banked a few calories so I won't be crazy over the line.

I use naan bread about the size of a personal pizza. I top it with 2 T of pizza squeeze sauce, 8 slices of turkey pepperoni, 1 1/2 oz mozzarella and all the veggies I can cram on top. The whole thing is less than 500 calories. Perfect for supper.

Oven baked chicken fajitas. Lots of green and red pepper strips, sliced onion and chicken, a can of Rotel. All seasoned up with cumin , chili powder, oregano, garlic, smoked paprika and a little salt. Will add green chiles and cayenne next time to kick it up a bit.

This. Or eat lighter for breakfast and lunch, giving you more calories for dinner. Sometimes you'll be hungry. That's natural. Eating constantly to avoid all hunger pangs is not a sensible plan for me.

Lost 3 pounds from Dec 6. I enjoyed 6 holiday meals by eating small portions of things I really wanted. Except for New Years Eve ... Mass quantities of snow crab clusters. And I don't regret a single crab leg. <3

If you can't afford expensive orthotics, go stand on the Dr Scholls machine and buy the recommended insert. They are fifty bucks.
