I find that too. I tend not to eat anything till 11-1130, and then I have a HUGE lunch/breakfast, then a small supper at 3. My issue is that if I am home in the evening (usually out and about due to the kids extra curricular activities) then I eat everything but the kitchen sink most nights.

You have to try the chips. They are Lays Ruffle chips with a thick layer of milk chocolate with salt sprinkled on top. The only downside is that the portion is 5 chips for 275 cals. But oh so yummy, and I'm glad the bag is out of my house.

Is pool running low impact? Seems like it would be because of the water. I confess I ate all my kids movie night snacks because both of them became sick in the middle of the movie so didn't want their snacks. And I hope they both get over it by morning because I don't want to be house bound tomorrow.

The only classes offered around here are for kids. I'm not looking to become a competitive swimmer, but who knows. :) I was at the pool today with a bunch of seniors, who were all better than me. I decided I didn't care what I looked like and just did it.
