  • @MissionEnforcer finished my New York, NY challenge did the last of the Rockette stretching/training tonight 2 ab videos done, video # 1 Left my phone at work and had my 9 goals typed out to post here and on MFP, going to save them as a screen saver on my phone so I see it every day.

  • I did the Pilgrim's Promenade on Thanksgiving Day a 5k 3.3 miles, half indoors and half out my dog was thirsty and needed water.   • @MissionEnforcer I have been under my calorie goal for five days. I was glad I was today since I was a slug and stayed snuggled in a blanket reading since it was the first real day of winter here. Brr it was Chilly today. I had to get reacquainted to the weather again :D

  • Proud of you for staying under your goal! I am glad that I get a half hour in a day with my busy work schedule. Monday is easier by far, but we all play together and all minutes and challenges add up. Keep up the great work.
  • I ate fruit, vegetables and some popcorn for lunch today and it really filled me up. Already have veggies and fruit planned out for lunch tomorrow. This color challenge has improved my snacking
