Bump!

Well, I am proud for what I've done thus far - but remember I probably had a lot more to lose than most folks on here - and typically that means it comes off faster. I'm sure it will slow down soon!
-
I love coconut macaroons - I don't often have them though - this recipe sounds yummy, so maybe I'll try them out! Thanks!

I'm sorry I'm a little late getting this in - I had a hard time yesterday due to pain, and I actually THOUGHT it was Thursday (not Friday), and even when I finally figured out that it WAS Friday, I wasn't thinking of it in terms of weighing in! Anyway, if you're still accepting weigh-in's, here's mine: SW: 205 pounds Last…

great job! the bandages probably weigh a pound by themselves!
-
Good decision! I wondered how you could keep up with all of it! ...but thanks for ALL the work you've already done AND all the work you yet have to do! I, for one, appreciate you!
-
THANKS! I'm glad to have come this far! I know I have a long way to go, but I'm trying to take it just one day at a time! You have been an inspiration to me!
-
Congratulations Melmck - I didn't do quite as well this past week, but maybe this next week will be better!

i even looked into low sodium V8 and tomato juices - but they still have too much sodium for me - but i may try using only fresh tomatoes and "no salt" salt substitue - and maybe some of the additional spices mentioned on here to bump up the flavor!
-
my understanding is that you do need lots of water, but i believe the liver can't "metabolize" (or get rid) of the excess sodium without some help - i recently had a severe case of edema - long story short, the doc put me on a blood pressure pill which also functions as a diuretic - it only took a couple of days before i…
-
it SOUNDS good to me - however, since i'm having to limit my sodium, it might not be a viable option for me!
-
I think I'm starting off with a small "unfair" advantage in that I had LOTS of water weight (edema) which came off quickly - but for whatever it's worth, I have now lost another TWO POUNDS and I don't think ANY of that is water weight! Woo-hoo! Thanks for this challenge - it's fun!
-
GREAT JOB!
-
Thanks! ...and sorry that i didn't post this the way you had requested! I didn't see your "suggested" method until AFTER I'd posted this! Soooo, here it is corrected: SW: 205 CW: 199 - 6 - 2.92% By the way, when I first started out on MFP, around the first week in August (I think) my "beginning weight" at that time was…

You may want to check on your blood pressure? At the very least, I'd recommend that you check with your physician! This sounds like something you should not take lightly! Best of luck!
