After you scan the barcode, you can assist the number of servings and also the serving size. So if you bring it down to grams, then just weigh your ten crisps and enter that as your servings. I didn't know about that for the longest time.

I've been making some truly terrible choices over the last few days myself. I'm bringing that huge box of cookies to a family function tomorrow and that will help enormously! Just to not have it around me. Starting over again! Going to brush my teeth and go to bed early! no more cookies.

Agreed. I don't feel hungry in the morning so I don't have anything but my coffee. And I like that I can save calories for after dinner when I feel desperate for a cookie!

I was realizing today that logging everything is really making me more obsessive about food and I am angry! I am angry at my family for being able to eat. I am angry at myself for being so weak and compulsive and needing food emotionally. It's only going to be harder and harder apparently. And this is only four days. ugh.
