Welcome my goal weight is 150. I've been working at it since January. I was 180 and now down to 160.10 more ibs. We all can do it together. I have 3 kids and work fulltime also. I push myself to workout everyday. Once you get in the grove it gets easier.Good luck on your journey.

I've done the 30 day shred 3 different times. In January I did it for 30 days straight and lost 11ibs. I didn't follow her meal plan tho. I have also done ripped in 30 and I didn't like it as much. You get more or should I say I f

I run 5-6 days a week. I hit 7 sometimes. I had to really work my way up to it. The longer you keep at it the easier it will get. Good luck on your journey.
