I naturally have a flat stomach so it starts to lose the weight first along with my hips, then boobs then face then arms and legs.

Maybe you could try exercising more on those days or even drinking some caffeine which will help suppress your appetite. Drink more water and tea. I get hungrier during my period but I manage to stay in my calories.

You should do some research (google) on weight loss plateaus and how to get past this. It is very common and there are things you can do. I would need more info on your diet and exercise regime to be more helpful.

I upped my hula hoop workout routine by 5 minutes yesterday and today I ordered a small latte with half sugar instead of a medium! Little steps=changes for life.

I stay away from real and fake sugar. Real refined sugar can cause your cells to store fat because insulin is released when you eat it. I don't think this happens with fake sugar but I personally believe it is toxic to the human body in other ways. My go to sweetener is raw honey or for zero calorie I sometimes have stevia.

Limit "white" carbs and refined (table) sugar and basically anything in a package! Refined sugar increases appetite. I like raw honey as a sweetener. Drink lots of water and have some ground turkey with avacado, greek yogurt with a little fruit (unrefined sugar), a handful of almonds or some cottage cheese.
