  • Ooh, and I just realized it's made by the same company that makes one of my favorite real peanut butters, Krema. I now have both versions of the same brand, haha.

  • I'm not sure if 1,000 is enough, Faye. I hear if you eat under 1,000 and do a lot of exercise, your body goes into "starvation mode", and you won't see the scale budge. I'd recommend eating atleast 1,100 a day, and see if it helps.
  • Awww. <3 I'm happy to be here.
  • Nice!! Marie, it sounds like those capris will be perfect for Easter. I have a pair of capris I'm hoping to fit into when it *finally* gets warm too. I have one pair of jeans that currently fit me, and not only are they fitting larger now, but they actually look really big to me now when I hold them up. I have another pair…
  • Thank you, thank you, thank you! That is so sweet of you to say that. You are the second person to tell me that, and it's so surprising to me. I don't think I've ever inspired anyone before. But, I am thrilled to do so. :) You all are inspiring to me! It's so great to see such a large group of people so committed to this…
  • Never forget this! You are the only one who needs to love you. If you become truly happy with yourself, you will be able to move on from anything. And remember, your happiness is important. Put yourself first. Congrats on breaking into the 60's! Great work!
  • Oh my gosh! I just used my Ninja for the first time with the bullet-style attachment, and I'm in love! No offense to my good old blender(that will be making its way to storage..), but the Ninja blew it out of the water. The individual smoothie attachment is so convenient! Now I don't have to wash a whole blender, just pop…
  • Speaking of which, my husband found a great deal so got me my birthday present super early tonight: the complete Ninja kitchen system. I'm so excited! It includes the Nutribullet style bottle that fits on to the blender motor so you can make single serve or to-go smoothies. I've been wanting a food processor for a long…
  • Yay! Welcome to the 20's!
  • Great job!!!
  • WOO!!! Great job, guys! I, too, am 1 lb. from 20 lbs. lost so far. It's a great place to be!
  • Unsweetened coconut milk is really good for smoothies, and only 45 calories a cup.
  • Blue Bell brand strawberry or peach frozen fruit bar. They are only 70 calories each and are soo good.
  • I just made a kale and pinto bean soup the other day. It is very low calorie and very good. It's 4 cups veggie broth, 7 kale stalks, 1red bell pepper, 3 carrots, around 5-6 ounces of mushrooms, two small yellow onions, and 1 can of pinto beans. Sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. You chop up the kale, bell…
  • Bolthouse Farms dressings are delicious! And their caesar dressing(which I haven't tried yet) doesn't have anchovies in it like regular caesar does. Their Ranch and Cilantro Ranch dressings are great, as well as their vinegarette.
  • This has inspired me! I'm going to try making some tasty oatmeal balls for later. I'm going to mix pb powder(I was going to get PB2 but it has added salt and sugar, so I bought a different brand that is just 100% peanuts, nothing added), cocoa powder, Truvia, and quick oats(and ofc water). I'm eager to see how they turn…

  • Good job, angawilson!
  • Do you know which page you posted the recipe on? I'd love to try it!
  • Shirley, I hope they fix your pipes soon. Not having running water freaks me out so much. :/
  • I'll be on the lookout for little victories to see if I can think of anything to add.
  • Wow, this is great! I logged in 32 days. I successfully completed my food plan for 30 of those days. I've maintained the gym 6 days a week. I've chosen healthier options 30 of those days, and half-days for the other 2. I've chosen healthier options no matter where we eat. I've passed up so many things in the grocery store,…
  • March is going to be a great month! Thank you for all the encouragement, I did really well yesterday up until the 2 pieces of cake and a ton of tortilla chips. :P I am happy to say though, I brought a veggie tray with me, and when I brought it out after the cake(you know, to counteract the bad stuff ;) ), everyone else…
  • Seventy pounds is AMAZING!
  • Well, I'll just say this: I did a bad job at the birthday party. Though it could have been worse. It could have been better, but it also could have been worse. :/ It's ok though, tomorrow is back to normal, and I have no parties to attend on the horizon. :)
  • I haven't had a chance to read all the updates yet, but things are going well so far on this busy day. At school orientation they had drinks and snacks for us, and guess what they had? Boxes and boxes of chocolate glazed donuts(the best kind of donuts), a variety of sodas, mini bags of Doritos and potato chips, and did I…
  • I don't see sagging, I think you're doing wonderfully! Moisturizing all over every day may make you feel a little better self-image-wise. I know it's helped me before.
  • So today is day 31 back on MFP. I can't believe it's been a whole month! In the last 31 days I have managed to lose 16.6 lbs. I need to keep reminding myself how great that is. If I continue this way I should be able to lose another 17 lbs. by the end of this Easter challenge. I had already lost some lbs. before joining…
  • I hope you're not coming down with anything! I've been struggling with sore throat and major congestion every morning for the last couple of weeks.
  • That's great, pattykaye! Almost 20 lbs.! You're welcome! You're doing great! Why thank you! :) Thank you! It would have been so easy. Something I've started telling myself the last few days is "You don't have to eat it now because it's there, it will be there in the future and you can always seek it out one day when you're…
