Most pre workouts will give you that tingle sensation as its from beta alanine which most pre workouts will have. You could just try some caffeine pills to give you that extra kick you need

Don't over complicate things, losing weight & gaining weight is really very simple. What ever you've set your calories at stick to then if you've stopped losing weight weekly / fortnightly then reduce calories by 2-300 Your diet doesn't need to be bland either, he'll you could lose weight eating fast food day in day out…

They will ease with every session, actually lifting again will decrease doms too. I like to foam roll when I'm sore & tight

You may have the wrong routine if your getting bored, for me what excites me & keeps me motivated is progression session by session whether it's increased weight or that extra rep. Cardio bores me though that's why I don't do it

Nothing sexier imho than a women that looks like they lift, I think muscular women look hot. What I don't like is geared women lifters pro bodybuilders because all the gear that they take make them become masculine but natural women lifters look amazing weather it's bodybuilding or powerlifting

Yeah sorry guys, I should have read the whole thread. I was reading but when using a mobile I must of skipped out page 2

The health & fitness industry has a lot to answer for, for so long women have been scared into not doing the compounds because of the fear of getting big & bulky. I think that's now changing I'm seeing so many women lifting good weights & imo there's nothing sexier than seeing a women squatting or deadlifting heavy…

Be carful with lower back twinges, I'd see a sports therapist so they can give you some exercises to do I use a foam roller & hockey ball for my kinks but I wouldn't recommend just rolling your lower back unless you've had some guidance

Must admit haven't read the whole thread just wanted to throw my SL5x5 experience into the mix I actually started as suggested with just the bar & each session increased 2.5kg that way I was a able to nail my form down, now 2.5 yrs of training I'm planning on a powerlifting meet You tube is a great source for watching form…

Easy - do supper sets If your short on time I would do super sets for example bench - rows repeat. Imo far more effective than doing cardio after the workout
-
Kettle bell classes are great for beginners failing that go to YouTube and look at some full body routines based around squat, bench & deadlift. Can't go wrong with those as long as your form is good
-
Bench press 3x4 127.5kg Close grip bench press 3x10 100kg Yates rows 3x6 125kg Ohp 1x6 72.5kg Chin ups 1x 10 24kg Face pulls 3x15 Machine curls 5 x 12

I did the SL5x5 version but didn't see the results I was looking for, yes I got stronger but body didn't change much changing to the ICF 5x5 made a massive change to my physique. For me SL5x5 doesn't have enough volume to be an optimum program
