@Boolost1 I hope this helps you. miso, spicy peppers, green tea, and tamarind just to name the first that come to mind, also work out for 20-30min first thing in the morning then have green tea or miso soup and you'll have your metabolism up in no time.

gaining weight is the single most difficult thing in the world. I'm going to use the tips I read here. a good tip is go for full fat foods instead of skimmed or 2%, protein like eggs thrown in anywhere.

wow, same here only I have trouble managing over 600cal my body gets ill. but I'm also working on gaining weight. weight training will help grow muscle which weighs more than the same amount of fat. I wish you luck
