I had the same problem, so I bought Treadmill. First I was doing jogging and brisk walking once a day, but there was weeks I didn't lost any weight. Everybody is saying that u will have extra expense for new clothes. But as I become smaller, I don't need any more big car. So I have sold my Land Rover, and I bought SMART. Got the difference of 9000€. Now I am buying new clothes. ;)

Hi I am using MFP for about 7 months seriously. This helped to me to have knowledge how menu calories has food that I used to eat. I agree with pink. But I have sedentary job and life. I have found that is also much better to do a brisk walk for 10 minutes every hour, when I am home on my treadmill, then to do a long mixed exercise of one hour, and then sit in front of laptop whole afternoon. I boost metabolism in that way and loose every week one kg.

Try to follow calorie intake measured by MFP, be as much precise while entering meals, an do some 10 minutes exercise every hour instead of one long on a day.

Try with taking some "B complex" vitamins regularly. That helped my doughter.

My goal is not only to lose weight but to first get estimate body fat percentage of 17 - 20%. After that I will maybe start running, or maybe doing some HIT training to maintain my weight and body fat.

Hi. I don't use Fitbit but Garmin. Nvrmind the principle is the same. U will always get extra steps when driving car or washing ur teeth, but that amount of steps is irrelevant in amount of 10k steps per day if you want healthy life or even 15k if u want to loose weight.
