4 week plateaus are normal, but 4 months is not. I agree with ndj1979, be sure you are logging every singe thing, including liquid calories. I love coffee, with sugar and creamer but that made for about 50+ cals a cup. Ok, dont judge but I drink 5 or more 8oz cups a day, that's minimum 250 + killer cals. Now it's mostly…

Unless those are seriously pencil thin, they are probably about 100 cals a strip as a good estimate if you're looking to lose, if you're looking to gain, they are right on the money ;) Good catch Crzy !

CI<CO = 95 lost for me since Feb 2014.. I still eat a fun size candy bar(or 3) on occasion but its rare, never more then 1 time per month. I also use nutrisystem food as a base for most of my meals. But I'm careful to eat within my recommended calories everyday, and I almost never eat my fitbit calories, but sometimes do.…

So you actually count on that wiggle room then up front before you have that extra cal meal(s). Your right, I don't have to over eat, but where I'm going I know the food is going to be calorie dense, so I wont really eat 'a lot' or over eat, I just know it will be more then my normal meals calories.
