I try not to think of how good it tastes and I put it in my mind telling me one serving of desert will just slow me down that much more on my goal to keep healthy, I make the choice to be healthy or at least try my best , I can relate to the bakery experience .. I am Italian and it can get deadly at times with the food ..

Hi , depending on your start time my meal times look like this 6pm breakfast- 9pm snack -1am lunch - 4am snack - 8am dinner then if you need another snack should be around 10am , I have made adjustments to my meal times but this is how I started off.
