I have been drooling over this thread ever since starting on MFP two months ago....I think it's time to contribute to this thread! Yummy flatbread I made in a hurry after work because I was about to start eating my arm. Chowed down two of these babies:)

None of the Dannon Triple Zero yogurts have fruit chunks in them...tried them all :smile:

3 0z tuna with 2 egg whites, some greek yogurt and buffalo sauce in between 2 slices wheat bread. I add spinach and a couple slices of tomato/mushrooms. Quick and easy sandwich..keep me feeling full for awhile! It's in between tuna salad/ egg salad sandwich...perfect IMO :smile:
