  • i dont eat at night unless i am out for a late dinner or home late from work. i dont snack in front of the tv...no way

  • same as many...i rarely hit calories but many days go over on sugar. my doc says dont sweat the sugar too much since I am not a diabetic and it is natural sugar. still bothers me though.

  • thank you. first 50 came off so very easily. I dont diet...just try to eat right most of the time and when I dont, I still count it. naturally I am losing slower now..trying to stay focused. you have done well yourself !
