On the pack it says the serving quantity is 100g and there are 8 servings. So the whole bag would be Cal 75x8=600 Carb 41x8=328 Pro 6x8=48 Fat 14x8=112 That's the nutritional value for the whole bag.

Try swapping spaghetti for corgettii I've done that now and I love the stuff. 150g corgettii only 3.9g of carbs

I've done insanity a few times. Every time I stuck to the program. The first few days I started it is was very sore. But I just battled through. Or dug dipper as they say. The results I had were amazing

I find cardio on an empty stomach is OK. But I need to eat something if I'm gonna do weight training. Even if it's just a bowl of protein flakes. I train mostly in the am as I do shift work.

Logging food when eating out is a hard thing to do. I don't log food when eating out. Just try eat as clean as possible and rent start logging again next day. Some places tell you the amount of kals in the food. So if I can I just add them on and dint worry about the macros.
