Also.. (Sorry if I'm annoying and repeating stuff you already know)! Low fat proteins, fruits, vegetables and whole grains are the way to go.. This one may sound silly.. But avoid straws and take small gulps of water :)

As a nurse on a surgical ward.. I highly recommend you stick to the diet and plan your doctor told you to stick to.. Especially the vitamins (multi vitamin with iron, b12, calcium and vitamin d).. Keep your head up!! Don't be too harsh on yourself! Some weeks are better than others (trust me)! Sometimes all you need is a change in routine and to mix it up a little!! You can do it!! :D

Firstly, your name is amazing I can totally relate!! I'm so hangry it's ridiculous!!!! Oh no!! I hope you're knee is alright!! Good on you for not quitting!! It was a hamstring injury that got me out of my first attempt!! Was only doing cardio then and even that hurt my leg! I'm a sook haha!!

I'm not too sure.. Could be gyms in the area that have it.. But as I'm a student I tend to do what I can at home in between studying.. Do you know if "pump" can be found online or not?
