My advice would be to concentrate less on your appearance, and more on your health. The physical changes will come eventually! We are very similar. I'm 24, had issues with my weight for as long as I can remember but I've finally realised it doesn't have to be that way. My goal is to get to around 150lbs so I've got 70lbs to go. I'm determined! I sent you a friend request :smile:

I got up a bit earlier to try out my new weighted jump rope because I knew I'd probably be too tired after work. I did it for 15 minutes and felt great!

I agree that it depends on the factors given above. I've been quite lazy for most of my life but I've started exercising (at least 30 minutes) a day everyday with one rest day a week. I thought this, too, but snacking the right things actually helps your metabolism. :smile: I usually snack on fruit but nuts are good, too.
