I buy hummus and put them in little tubs of 20g each. Pair that with carrot sticks in little snack bags and I walk out the door. The other thing I like with my hummus is lentil chips; again buy a bag and divide it up in snack bags.

Had it and not enough vegemite for my liking. Agree dark chocolate would probably work better. Put it this way, if it was in front of me I'd have it again but I wouldn't buy another block.

How I no longer wake up with a dead arm because I'd rolled over on it in my sleep. Awake mode Del used to be lazy but even sleep mode Del was too lazy to move the arm. I put it in my curry. Onion & curry paste, fry off. Add chicken thigh, sweet potato, beans, peas and vegetable stock so its just covering. Simmer for 15-20 mins until it reduces and the potato is cooked. Best curry ever!

I can't run to save my life but I can power walk to my hearts content (it's actually the only type of exercise I do). I also need people that have the same goals as me. I think I need to remove some friends that are either maintaining or trying to build muscle. I like that MFP can cater for anyone that wants to change their their eating habits but I think the best support comes from people that going through the same things as you.
