  • I agree with those that said one large kitchen. You can have a spare fridge/freezer in the garage or basement.
  • I must be doing it wrong because it's not working for me. :frown:
  • Halloween - dress up and go trick-or-treating with my nieces; maybe visit a local haunted house; enjoy the scary movies they show on tv (Bravo and/or AMC - don't recall which channel it is). Thanksgiving - dinner with family at either my parent's house or my aunt's house and watch football; sometimes we celebrate…
  • I haven't seen it yet, but maybe I'll see if it's on Netflix so I can check it out this week. I don't believe I watched any movies this weekend, so I apologize, I can't give any reviews at the moment.
  • Another way to kill ants is to sprinkle Splenda (not sure about other artificial sweeteners) on their mounds. They eat it and can't digest it, so they die. Kinda like the cornmeal. Safe for people/pets, but deadly for the ants.
  • Just pull a Lady Gaga and do your run in your undies. GOOD LUCK!!
  • PERFECT timing for this topic. We have a particular "privledge" here at the office and one of my coworkers abuses it. And nobody tells her anything. I didn't tell on her, but I asked my boss a question relating to what she did. I don't know if by me asking the question, if I'll mess things up for all of us or not, but it…
  •
  • My coworkers talking to me when I'm OBVIOUSLY on the phone. Or, my coworker talking to me about her personal life when I couldn't give a crap. :explode: I don't even look at her when she talks to me, yet she keeps yammering.
  • Last year my g/f took me on a helicopter ride over the city. It was awesome!! And, I found out, that helicopters aren't as scary as I imagined they would be. :flowerforyou:
  • The destination determines how much I take. Going to the beach, I wouldn't take much, a couple swimsuits, some sandals, some shorts and tees. Going on a more wintry type vacation, I'd take thermals, jackets, long pjs, stuff like that. So, it really just depends. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!! I'm totally looking forward to my…
  • For a split second I thought the title of this thread was "What is your dream CAT?"
  • And they let her stay at work dressed in those??? WTF??
  • Simple answer: NO.
  • It's not a movie quote, but I'm SICK of hearing people say, "Really?" all the time. When did this become the thing to say??? Ugh. It's super annoying.
  • I'm looking forward to some gloomy fall weather and I really hope it rains/storms. I'm sick of this hot/sunny weather we've had for the last several months. Boo South Texas weather! Boo!
  • Myst: The Book of Atrus is what I'm currently reading right now. I started it years ago when I first got it, but for some reason never finished it. So, I picked it up again and once I'm done, plan to read the other two books in this series.
  • If you think your ring will interfere with your work-out (i.e. your grip on a bar/weight, etc), then take it off, just secure it so it doesn't get lost. As for the sleeping and showering, I take my rings off. I'd say it's totally up to what you're comfortable with. It may also depend on what your wife expects too.
  • I met my fiancee on OkCupid, never tried any other dating sites. We messaged each other a couple times online, exchanged phones numbers, and finally went on our first date about two weeks after initially talking online. We've been together for about 16 months. I did date a couple other girls before finding her, nobody…
  • LMFAO! That's a good one, I had to pass it on.
  • I looked in the manual and it didn't specify. I'm thinking I'll probably just go with somewhere between 3,000 and 5,000 miles. Better to err on the side of caution than to mess up the engine. Thanks for all the input everyone!!
  • Noooooooooooooooooo. Don't start a Christmas countdown yet. Please? Let's talk Halloween first!! Then Thanksgiving, THEN Christmas.
  • Yes, I've tried ignoring her and my other coworker. I turn my back to the door of my office if I want to be left alone (I don't like closing my door in case someone comes to our area and needs help with something) but every once in a while they'll come up and do this reeeeeeeeeallllllyyyy light annoying tap on my door to…
  • So the same annoying coworker invited herself to go with me to the post office this morning. :grumble: I need to learn how to say "I do not like you at all nor do I want to be friendly to you" in a NICE way, because this lady drives me NUTS.
  • I want a rainbow colored unicorn that sprays glitter from its horn. Please? Thank you.
  • Just got back from seeing Colombiana and it wasn't so bad. Quite a few cheesy parts and not so great acting, but overall, if you want nonstop action, then you should see it.
  • I was just thinking about this earlier today. I think that in the space of two hours, I went to the restroom about 4 times. And water is very hard for me to drink, it's just so... so... PLAIN. :grumble:
  • I'm going to see it this evening. I think it looks really cool and hope that it'll actually be cool. :glasses:
  • Then you'd really enjoy hanging out at my grandma's house. :embarassed: I do love her with all my heart though, but sometimes that mothball smell is just OVERPOWERING!
  • My all time favs are the Resident Evil games and the Metal Gear (Solid) games. I also love Zelda, but hell if I can play them well.
