Congrats on the loss man. I'm 6'6" too and started 4 pounds heavier than you did at 300. Changes like the ones you are seeing will continue to stack up. Good luck in reaching your goals :)

If it's so easy then what's stopping you from doing it next Saturday? Why pay the 900 to do it at an ironman, just do the distance on your own. Best of luck man. Seems like an ill advised plan to. I want to do an ironman too but it's not anything I would consider easy.

Running hasn't been my only exercise, its the hardest exercise I do, but prior to running I was strictly walking.
