  • Deviled eggs, well any kind of eggs really. The powdered peanut butter and string cheese or light babybell cheese..quest bars when u warm them up a few sec some aren't really chewy, makes it more of a cheese soft. • I like to make a homemade chicken salad (with premium chunk chicken, olive oil mayo, dill pickle relish and creamy mustard) that I can put on a 1/2 slice of delightful bread or I love roasted red pepper hummus with carrots or crackers called 34 degree cracked black pepper. I also will choose a Quest protein bar or jack…

  • Thank you! I've been trying to get in what she told me, still not making it past 800 calories, but I'm going to keep trying.I did make sure my carbs(good) were a little higher the last 2 days, a little too high I think, and my protein wasn't as good..I noticed later at night around 8-830pm I felt really tired and when I…
  • They don't want snacks, every time I've gone in she has mentioned my snacks when I have them..it's usually part of a protein bar/shake if I need more protein or 1/2 of a serving quinoa chips and salsa, hummus or some mixed cut fruit...nothing I would consider too bad, but if I didn't have them, I def wouldn't be getting…

And yes, they don't want us snacking, but I have many times, it's always…

Laughing cow with…

But I'm curious about the subject...my son is graduating USMC bootcamp next month and were flying out to San Diego and I've also always had to chew gum when flying also. So if it's a no-no, I'll…
