Getting back into wearing mine.

For starters, you ARE a beautiful young woman. The biggest challenge for women is to embrace their inner beauty and to allow that beauty to reflect back when they look in the mirror. Simply remember that every step counts. Take the stairs or walk down the street to the store instead of jumping into the car. When that…

My husband LOVES the cargo pants he bought at Costco. He has been wearing the same 5 pairs of pants for the past 3 years and they are still in fantastic shape!

Yes and no. My husband has a very high metabolism and can eat anything (usually does) but I have to stick to a cleaner diet, which makes it more difficult. Keeping motivated to go out to yoga classes after working 12 hrs or on a day off is hard.

I've never been a runner but it is one of my goals. My husband loves running and it's something I want us to be able to do together. We are Canadian, hoping to move to Europe in 4 years, at least for the winters.

Well done! Feel free to add me.

I make my own, that way I can control what goes in them. Lots of recipes online. A great one is Chris and Heidi Powell's Lemon Poppyseed protein bars.

Working my second 12 hr dayshift, schmoozing with our cabinet minister this afternoon, hitting the gym during my lunch break, healthy eating and indulging in a lovely glass of burgundy this evening.

I love that the app helps me stay accountable (to myself) and on track. I don't count calories per say, (currently following "Extreme Transformation") but it makes me conscious of whether I've been active enough throughout my day. Most people in this community are so very supporting and encouraging, it's nice to chat with…

I suggest taking a look at Chris and Heidi Powell's new book "Extreme Transformation". I'm just completing day 4 and I've lost 3 lbs. You eat 5 meals per day (basically every 3 hours), all the recipes (which are delicious btw) are structured to make 1 portion. I haven't ever felt hungry, at times haven't been able to…

I have a Fitbit Charge HR and it syncs with MFP...I suggest going on the Fitbit website and looking at compatible apps.

I started the Stronglifts 5x5 (free IOS/Android App) and love it!

First off, I am so sorry that happened to you. What occurred has nothing to do with your size. There are bad/sick people out there. They don't necessarily assault people because of their size/race/religion. Sometimes they are just bad people. Don't let it deter you from reaching your weight loss goals. Take this terrible…

I highly recommend Chris and Heidi Powell's new book Extreme Transformation for some terrific meal ideas. I spend a few hours yesterday preparing my meals for work this week and they smell and taste delicious!

I believe going out for a meal instead of cooking it myself is a treat. I tend to check the menu options with the MFP App before ordering to allow me to make better choices, indulge a little without blowing my entire week.

Feel free to add me Alex, well done! :)
