Me too. I've lost an inch in the last 10 years. Remember when 5'10 was tall? ? Now I have nieces who are well over 6'.

Little things that aren't important to others do it for me. Things like having less fear on stairs because my balance is a bit better now than it was. Or, turning to look at something & noticing that I have better range of motion in my neck. (Those make me sound far older than I actually am! )
