I was never fat, thank god for my metabolism, but my parents didn't have restrictions on what I could eat or when so I developed very unhealthy eating habits! Chocolate for breakfast? Sure. 3 bags of crisps in one sitting? Knock yourself out. It was a food free-for-all :p

I like to buy junk food for other people so I can watch them eat it and satisfy my own cravings without experiencing any of the side effects myself. It's like food porn haha

I struggle with the idea of going to the gym. Once I'm there it's fine, it's just the thought of going that puts me off! :p As for the junk food, I have to cut it all out or one bite would lead to 4 empty packets lol.

I will usually step on the scales when I feel like I've lost weight but try to do it once a week regardless :)
