When you say "fully made up" I am assuming you are referring to hair/make-up being done? I typically go to the gym right after work so I do have make up on, but I don't really consider it a distraction. I still work my a** off everyday when I get on that treadmill whether it be in full make up or none at all.

I cut out drinking a ton of soda about 2 months ago. I still have one on occasion. One of the things that I felt helped me the most was buying the little pouches that flavor your water. I try to drink 100-125 ounces of water a day and using one or two of those pouches makes it much easier :)

I will never judge what other people do because I would not want someone judging me. However, I love to people watch while I am running or walking on the treadmill and I am always highly amused at some of the things people do. Sometimes I feel like people treat the gym as a meat market, but it provides great entertainment…
