I often drink pickle juice. We often have pickle jars with just juice. First sign of a headache I take a few swigs "just in case" sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't. But, I also LOVE pickles so it gives me an excuse to drink it without seems tooooo weird.

I hear you wheatless girl, I've been diligent but after 2 months, I've only lost 10lbs and that was in the first week. But, lost they are and I seem stable so even though I have not lost anything for about 7 weeks... I'll keep on, keepin' on.

@curlyblue, that doesn't look right to me at all. I'm not an expert but that carb number looks really high if you're trying to do a LCHF diet. Your carb# and your fat# are practically the same.
