But... but.... when are you going to tell me WHAT TO EAT? Please plan out my daily calories for me, but also make sure it's stuff I like, can afford, and can easily obtain/cook. If I don't stick to it after that, I'm sure it's still your fault.

Before pics are so important I think. It's crazy how you change so dramatically and not feel any different. You look great!

I don't really think it's a very good piece of imagery. I started out with 145 lbs to lose and got very swept up in the whole thing. I became WAY too obsessed with weight loss as my identity. It was taking over my entire world by thinking about it as a "journey" and all of that. I think it's actually more useful to make it…

Try to think of times like this as a challenge. You know you will feel better later, and if you can get through the tough parts, imagine how proud you will be later once you've gotten back into a normal state of mind. Instead of giving up entirely, maybe you could take a more relaxed day. Don't go "all or nothing." Go in…

UGH. I hate when people say "weight loss journey" or even worse just "journey." I have never noticed anyone saying whilst.

Also: And BOTH Q and Picard:

Why have I never thought of this??!?!! You just made my day!

My personal opinion is stop eating low carb. Whether you decide to eat calories in/calories out, or you want to choose to eat natural healthy carbs like fruit and beans and sweet potatoes, you NEED carbs or you will feel weak and like crap.

I'm starting to get a crush on you now. :D

Any other thread about fasting for weight loss would have a totally different response. :p It blows my mind how an action can be considered good if it's religious, but the very same action is bad if it isn't religious. Anyway, have a nice religious holiday.

Okay, I am officially SOLD on your sexiness. :p

You also need to be the Goblin King. :p

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To both of these!!! <3

I am not 100% sure, but I think it was either: or

If I am hungry and want food I can actually chew, then my staple breakfast is two blocks of original shredded wheat (not sweetened) with almond milk, berries, nuts and honey. (berries and nuts rotate for variety sake)

Personally, I make a green smoothie for breakfast. It is fast, it is easy to "eat" if you're not feeling hungry, and it gives me absurd amounts of energy. An example of this would be 2 handfuls of greens (I rotate greens, but could be spinach, parsley, chard, mizuna, kale, etc..), one tomato, one mini cucumber, sometimes…

The hardest thing can be your own mental self image getting in your own way. I totally get what you're saying. It's the hardest of all when you've been overweight your entire life. I highly recommend this: http://www.amazon.com/Psycho-Cybernetics-New-More-Living-Life/dp/0671700758

It doesn't sound silly or dumb at all. If you don't love yourself, you can lose 100 lbs and never even notice. I know because that is exactly what happened to me. It's a tough question. It's not easy. But start by actually accepting compliments people give you and really believing them. Look in the mirror every day and say…

Nah, don't worry about it. You might want to consider trying adding some mild greens though, like spinach. In my personal experience, a smoothie that is more green gives me a HUGE energy boost, better than coffee. :)

Most of the time you can google the name of the restaurant and "nutritional info." Smaller places probably won't have it, but Chili's came right up: http://www.chilis.com/EN/LocationSpecificPDF/MenuPDF/001.005.0000/Chilis%20Nutrition%20Menu%20Generic.pdf?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1 Be aware though - whenever you eat out,…

If I drove past this on a billboard, it would not have even registered in my brain. I doubt I would have even noticed it, much less been offended by it.

I've always wanted to do a retro glam sort of thing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWTHPeSY6qE

I personally prefer clean shaven or a bit of stubble. Most facial hair isn't something I'm wild about, but a big 'ol beard is definitely the worst for me. Some guys don't look right totally clean shaven, but I don't like a full beard on anyone. Just a personal preference though. If a guy wants a beard, then he should grow…

I want you because your blank profile means I can turn you into anything I want in my mind. :D

I've heard a lot of mixed reviews on Paleo. My own personal experience was that I lost 96 lbs eating Paleo, then gained it all back because it was far too restrictive for me to live like that long term. I've never been less healthy in my life. I was better off before I lost the weight.
-
Please don't do this, or any other fad diet, or any other super low calorie diet, or any other super restrictive diet.

I lost 96 lbs and put it all back on.. It felt rather easy the first time and this time I am struggling big time. I think it is a mental thing. It's depressing as hell. The first time, I believed truly in my mind that I had figured out the reason why I was overweight, how I would lose it, and that I was free from this..…

A piece of stuffed crust pizza - because I ran out of money and food and someone online ordered me a pizza.

You might want to invest in something like a heart rate monitor that will tell you how many calories you burned.. I don't think anyone can possibly accurately tell you how many calories you specifically burned while dancing. It is impossible to know that.
