I've reduced them, for example eating the recommended serving of 12 Giant Milky Bar Buttons instead of the whole bag which is what I was doing before! :neutral: I have kinda cut out Salami, as I find it very hard to limit myself with Salami, and for the amount of calories etc I'd rather not risk it

Try joining the Drop 20 by July 4th group. I feel it will be quite a good challenge as you enter your data on a spreadsheet that is accessible to all, so it makes you more motivated to do well.

I'm using the "Eat what you like" (as long as it fits my goals) approach. Previously when I dieted I cut alot out, - No Beer, No Chocolate, No Sweets etc. Then when I struggled I binged on beer, sweets and chocolate. Averaging around 3000-4000 logging has really opened my eyes to how bad certain foods are. E.g. I love Salami and would literally eat a whole pack!

I Started in January and recently did 40 hours of overtime (in addition to my usual 35 hours), that seemed to have messed up my diet, I lost 12lb, but put 8lb back on since the overtime as I fell off track.
