My first day here so my goals are few to get started. *Stay under carb limit daily *Walk 9500 steps/day (except Sat/Sun) *LOG DAILY SW: 194.2 CW: 194.2 GW: 189.0 (6/30 goal) I have to have mini goals or I feel it's never going to happen.
