  • Do you have a chest strap to go along with the watch? Make sure the electrodes on the strap are sufficiently wet. Also, make sure your age, height and weight are inputted in the watch as well.

  • I notice eating slower also helps too. I had a bad habit of scarfing down my food so fast I didn't feel full. But now I take my time eating and I feel fuller and I haven't ate as much.

  • They are just a slightly elevated board. In the Curves circuit you alternate between working on the machines and stepping on the platforms. A lot of people march in place on them, or do other exercises on them before going back on the machines. You are only on each machine or platform for 30 seconds at a time.
