@Living360 I am familiar with the Muppet's rubber ducky song. :) I started looking for something "summery" and then ran across the "Be like a duck" quote (look calm on top and paddling like crazy underneath). It felt like me at the moment so I went with it.

@JMarcella57 Doesn't it feel great to wake up from a good, solid sleep? I find I sleep much better on days that I take a long afternoon walk...and on days when I don't have Dr. Pepper (still my favorite drink). Yesterday I looked at a calendar and set my goals from Apr thru Nov. I feel good today knowing I have a plan.

Wow, can you believe it's April already? 2016 is flying by! I'm at my mom's again for a few days. When I get back home I am going to find that routine I lost and get seriously back on track. It is recommitment time.
