Aerial yoga and aerial silks class sound like fun!

I enjoyed the couple days of rain we had. Now, the temperature is crawling up again. I'll be going back to work next week. This week I'm doing what I can around the house and taking care of stuff that I'd been putting off. Prepping today for my colonoscopy tomorrow. Yech!

Hi, ladies. I was gone so long this time I forgot my password. I don't know what made me think of mfp today, but here I am, touching base. I did well on WW before my vacation. I had a wonderful time in Alaska and Seattle. No regrets, I'm just starting again. Congrats to you ladies for keeping focused and continuing to…

Hi, all. I share your pain. I've been moving from one school to another. Packing and lifting too much. Also, worked on backyard, mowing, pruning, etc. I've been doing my tracking on WW and only visit mfp once in a while now. Tomorrow I start my vacation. Going to Alaska. Looking forward to the cooler weather. Texas is way…

My 83-year-old mom has been dealing with back pain recently, moaning and groaning day after day. Not fun. Doctors say she will be fine. I keep thinking "what can I do now to avoid going through that when I get older?" @2020pinktogo My thoughts and prayers are with you and the moms.

Summer is right around the corner for me. Work has been extra busy, and I can't wait for my summer vacation. It will give me time to think about ME! I don't like feeling overwhelmed by deadlines and To Do lists. I want some freedom and leisure. I just need to remember to enjoy it while it lasts.

I used to be addicted to Dr. Pepper. Way too sweet for most people. I used to love it from vending machines that dropped the little cup and then filled it up. (Am I showing my age now?) My drink of choice now is water with lots of ice.

I gave up heels many years ago and no longer ever have any kind of foot or leg pain. My footwear is not cute, not fashionable, but comfortable. The Sears in my area is gone too. I lost 5 pounds my first week at WW. That is pretty much expected though. The program is simple enough, but I like the mfp website much better. WW…

Hi, ladies. Just wanted to let you know that I am switching gears for a couple of months. I joined Weight Watchers (50% off) with a friend and my older sister. The plan is to lose some weight before our summer travels so that we can feel healthier and be more comfortable. I'll still be checking in at mfp but not as often.…

Congrats on your one-on-one. Sounds like a good match, you and your trainer.

Okay, next person, say something cheery.

It's sad that things have to get super bad for someone before something gets fixed. As a young teacher, I was so frustrated because I had more students than desks in my classroom. When the principal walked by my classroom I said "You can have them" and I walked out crying. That evening the assistant principal was at my…

My dr visit went well. Just waiting for lab results. Never been a coffee drinker. I drink a lot of water, but mostly when I get home from work. At work, there's not much of a chance of getting a bathroom break so I limit the water intake in the mornings.

I used to do the walking challenges when I was retired and kept up with them every day. Now, that I'm working again I don't have the time (or energy) to do it daily. I should, but I don't. I have made a decision to switch my work location though...to get away from the constant celebrating with food. (That's just one of…

Hi, all. I continue to have problems getting over to the new month! I was still checking out our March posts. It's 11pm, and I'm having trouble getting to sleep. Tomorrow is my annual physical. I don't know why I worry about things. Que será será. What will be will be.

Well, you are much younger and more hip than I am. No tattoos or piercings here. Not even leggings. I have, however, been in a tattoo parlor and was also surprised how "family friendly" it was. I wear pants and a top to church, work, wherever. It's like a uniform (for life). Boring is what my daughter would call my look.…

I enjoyed your nose story. Yes, it is a good thing you went to the doctor instead of continuing to wonder why you are so tired. Here's wishing you an energetic week!
