I am 5'2". This before and after photo was exactly 1 year apart (but also a year old). I currently sit at 118lb, 18%bf and am prepping for my first bodybuilding show.

you shouldn't compare height and weight to anyone else.... it could end up giving you a bad view of where you should be. Be healthy, lower your BMI to the acceptable healthy range, try to put a target on the %BF and for how you feel and not focus soooo much on the scale.

When i am in bulking season, i had peanut butter with practically every meal. Make sure you are sticking away from sugar though, although you want to eat calories, remember a calorie is not a calorie and sugar will cause more fat gain then muscle. first off, great job on coming as far as you have! Secondly, don't get discouraged. Over eating by calories and over eating on junk food are two COMPLETELY separate things.
