I have the same issues with my body. I've never been overweight, but I've never been toned or anything. I have love handles and saddle bags and cellulite/stretch marks. The struggle is real! Feel free to add me as a friend, would love to help support each other since we are in the same boat!

I recovered from a 7 year battle with severe anorexia nervosa that almost claimed my life multiple times. Since then I started birth control and gained some weight. I'm trying to lose it in a healthy way and would love to be friends with y'all to help support each other in any way possible! Feel free to add me :)

Hey, I'm 22 and in college, so probably in a pretty similar situation as you! I log every day and love being friends with positive, motivated people on here, so please feel free to add me and shoot me a message any time you need some support! :)

You can choose whether it is a successful week or not as far as staying on track with your goals. If you tell yourself it is going to be bad, that is basically just giving yourself permission to blow off your goals. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy! Think about what is most important to you, and don't sacrifice what you…

I have struggled with bingeing after days and weeks of being overly restrictive and basically starving my body. I understand how hard it can be to get back on track and stop the binge. First thing I will tell you is this... it's not a good idea to weigh yourself right after a binge. It will just discourage and frustrate…

Is it boredom? Maybe during the day it is easier since you are busier and keep your mind off food. Try distracting yourself. Or, you could just be truly hungry. I tend to get hungrier later in the day. Since I know this about myself, I tend to eat less earlier in the day and save more of my calorie for later, when I know I…

My diary is open to anyone once they add me as a friend and I log every day! Feel free to add me :)

I have the same struggle. I think, like the person above me said, that we see ourselves so many times on a daily basis that it can be hard to notice change. Also, we are often our own worst critic so may be harder on ourselves and less likely to notice positive change in our body than others. It can be easier for other…

Y'all can feel free to add me. I log every day and also blog sometimes on here. I try to post motivating things and help anyone out however I can. I'm on day 12 and am really hoping to reach my goal by the time I go to Punta Cana with my boyfriend this summer! Feel free to shoot me a message anytime you need support! :)

As long as you are within your calorie goal, you should not be gaining. Might need to readjust your goals or add some exercise in :)

My first suggestion for you would be to nix the protein meal replacement shakes and just eat actual food. Those things wont fill you up the way eating actual food will, and this can lead to the cravings and feelings of extreme hunger for a lot of people. Take the amount of calories you would dink in that shake and divide…

First of all, drinking is definitely not a healthy way to cope with depression. Alcohol is a depressant, so honestly its just going to make things worse. Your problems will still be there when you wake up in the morning. So the first thing I would suggest is finding other coping skills. You could use exercise. It's a great…

I've tried the chocolate and vanilla. Vanilla was honestly my favorite. They send you a recipe book with it to give you ideas of yummy smoothies and foods you can make with it. For 110 calories and barely any sugar, you can't beat it. I really am a fan, but I love all of their products :)

Have you sought the help of a therapist and nutritionist. It can be a lot harder to follow a meal plan when emotional problems are involved. It could be helpful to have someone trained in eating disorders or emotional eating to talk to about all of this

Nuts are great and easy to pack. I always go for the raw, unsalted ones to avoid added sodium. They keep you full until dinner due to the protein. Greek yogurt is also great! I buy plain and sprinkle a little cinnamon and a Tbsp. of honey in it. String cheese is also a good grab and go option. An apple or banana with…

I had a Boca original vegan burger, steamed broccoli, and some fresh strawberries with a big old bottle of water :)

I'm a vegetarian, so I know of a few :) Nuts and nut butters such as peanut butter or almond butter are always a good source of protein. Greek yogurt is also a great source of protein. I always go for the unsweetened and add in a little honey and cinnamon. Eggs and egg whites are good, as is low-fat cheese. Quinoa, which…

I usually do not log my normal daily activities, such as housework, my job, and walking around campus at school. My FitBit will sometimes automatically try and log it due to counting my steps, but I often delete that. I really only record true exercise, that gets my heart rate up. For me, my normal daily responsibilities…

Ugh that chick is the worst. She has know idea what she is actually talking about, and yet she just keeps at it

I'm 22 and ready to kick *kitten*! Please add me :)

I completely know the struggle! I do well all day long with staying full and drinking water and then after dinner when I'm home from work or class and done with my workout, I usually just hang out with my boyfriend and relax and do homework. That's my hardest time! For some reason I'm always starving in the evenings and at…

You can add some creamer or half and half or soy milk if you prefer. I usually do! Just make sure you log it. I usually have quite a few calories left to play with, so I know i can put a creamer if I want and just make sure I log those 30 or 40 calories. It's all up to how you want to use your calories. I love coffee and…

I do not eat all of mine or eat back my exercise calories as I am trying to reach a certain goal by a certain date. I think it's a personal choice. MFP is set up so you CAN eat all your calories and about 50-75% of the calories you burn exercising and still consistently lose weight. It's really just trial and error. Eat…

Feel free to add me if you would like. I log every day :)

Which browser are you using? It seems to work fine with Google Chrome or Firefox, but seems to be having issues with Internet Explorer. I would either try using a different browser, or contact MFP technical support about the issue so they can hopefully get it resolved so it will work on IE as well :)

Feel free to add me if you would like some friends on here. I log every day! :)

I'd love to join! My three things would be: - Drink at least 8 cups of water a day - NO negative self-talk (no "I'm Fat" "I'm ugly" "I cant do it" etc....) - Get at least 5,000 steps in each day (track with my FitBit!) - LOVE this idea! :)

Hello, I've been a vegetarian since I was 9 years old, so for over 10 years now. Any of you can feel free to add me! :)
