I don't eat perfect. today for lunch, butter chicken. But I lost 40 lbs by just sticking to PROPER portion sizes (yup, i bloody weighed my food). It's nice to know I'm not the only one NOT forbidding myself ice cream... seriously

Interesting thing, "actual" handicapped people assume that I use the handicapped stall to accomodate my size when in actuality I need the extra height due to my knees. Respect goes both ways, it's rough, if you walk into the stall that doesn't mean you don't struggle.

Actually, I have ADHD and as such, I find that I want to throw in the towel fairly quickly, so what I do is tell myself "one more song" or "5 more minutes"... by the time that 5 minutes is done, I tell myself to repeat it.... works for me. Hope that helps

Feeling pretty positive today. I'm back on track, reporting, taping, and paying attention to my eating and loving to exercise. Some days it is a chore, but i ALWAYS feel so good after! It's great to feel like I've accomplished something!
