I do IF. I aim for 16/8 most days. But there are days that I push for 18 hours. Also from what I have read it's best to keep a similar eating window if you do change times. Since your body is used to being fasted during those hours.

I have been doing IF since Dec and I have lost 40lbs. In the past when I have dieted I have found myself struggling to stay within my caloric range. This time some days I struggle just to reach 1000. I am simply not hungry. So for me it's a sustainable way of eating.

@X_PrettyOdd I have been doing IF since Dec. I have lost 40lbs. I usually fast from 7pm to 12pm. I use the zero app to keep track of my fasting times. Feel free to add me if you'd like.
