I'm jealous! My heels are a mess from hiking/running/dry weather. I am not a fan of long or useless meetings.

Ok. My 5 k is on Saturday. I got on the treadmill at 1% incline and did a 31:03 5 k. We will see how that translates to the actual course. My next race is a five mile race on April 2.
