Welcome back @Tubbs216 and @girldownsouth Buhler - what is the countdown? Have SOOOO much fun!

...well....not all of us think of those as "salads".

I agree with that. Be loving and gentle with yourself.

Welcome back. Sounds awesome

@bkhamill she is one beautiful baby girl!!! Congratulations.

That is sad. It is never a good time. I am so sorry you had to say goodbye. Remember all the good times and love you gave your puppy. HUGS

I say x-it.

Yes! I agree with you both. Sometimes it is hard to see in yourself. I "know" I am reasonably attractive but I sometimes just see flaws. Lots of them. That is what I've been working on, embracing my flaws.

I agree with this. I'll add that kids that have extra needs go through times of needing a lot and times when things are easy. It is never "solved" but you do get breaks and progress. You are doing an awesome job. <3

Confession: I don't think I mentioned this because I didn't want to mention it while I was actually traveling. On my last trip, the first outbound flight I accidentally and totally unknowingly took a canister of mace or pepper spray through TSA. I had put it in my bag for when I was on the road with SO earlier this summer…

Hugs. Tip (1) get some rest before you decide anything / say anything more on the subject. That gives you better perspective and clarity of thought. (2) Journal. Write all your crappy feelings out just to help you acknowledge them and sort through them. When I do this I challenge myself to also dig deeper and see if other…

Yay. Best wishes on the process.

With my food intolerance(s) I've used banana (makes it chewy), applesauce, plum babyfood (pretty good) and other. I would try the beans and expect it to taste good. For gluten free people I have used gluten free goddess blog for recipes a number of times and they have all been good.

I'm getting ads for Safeway. I don't shop at Safeway and I didn't talk grocery stores.

I have to special order shoes and don't have a big collection. I have these in size 4.5. I wore these last night. And I have these. But most of the time I wear these in women's 5.

If you have a sewing machine and get the itch to try these are straight forward, just few seams and a hem - I swear they had a very similar pattern when I was preg 17 years ago. I had 1 - 2 tops I made, and 1 - 2 dresses. My belly was so huge compared to the rest of me that I could not find clothes to fit at any price.…
-
Won't let me edit. Would that work for you?
-
Yes!!
-
I sewed tops and dresses for myself.

Cute!!

That is true. I have a bigger waist now at 44 then I did at age 20. It is about 2.5 - 3 inches bigger. The rest of me is very close to the same size. I have a size 6 dress from about 1992 that I can't zip past my waist. Also I have three suits of the same brand that I bought the same day. They are petite sizes 0, 2, 4 and…

I'm 32DD and the strapless I have stay up. They actually do a pretty good job. I have three convertible bras that can be worn with or without straps and they have the rubbery next to the akin portion on the band or extra depth to the band or both.

I thought everyone left them. I just wipe them down.

I suspect this has been posted before but it is new to me. Happy ALMOST Friday.

I signed up for another season of kickball. It starts this week. It is not "really" exercise but it gets me out and moving around every Friday night. I originally signed up for it thinking I'd make some friends but the crowd that does it is not really my friend age/type/etc. but it IS a friendly and welcoming crowd and…

You can do this! I'm 4'11" and was started in a weight room in high school PE at age 15. I've lifted off an on since then. Right now I am just getting back into it after a year of not. For the most part I ignore other people but in all the gyms, in all the weight rooms, anytime I've spoken with people or asked a question…
