Ok. VERY tasty - my daughter says tastes like cheesecake crust. But this is very crumbly. Maybe rather than bake as a bar turn into no-bake drops.

That's the one!

As butter, especially clarified butter, has so little of the allergens that bother the kids and I (whey, casein, lactose, etc) I forget it is dairy.

Any vegan spread from an oil base. Maybe coconut oil? Also, this would be easy to make nut free by using soy or sunflower butter. So many bars have either almond or dairy in them (aside from butter, the whey protein is so hard on me) that I can't buy them. If I wanted to go high protein I'd substitute in some vegan protein…

ok POF, I added a recipe. I am just making it up for the first time right now. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/view/203967597169965 Take the amaranth seeds, chia, rolled oats, and hemp hearts and toast for 15-20 minutes at 350. Let cool. Melt butter and add in PB, vanilla (cinnamon optional). Mix dry and wet ingredients…

Oh no. I hope he is better soon.

Ditto.

Whooo. Good luck. I will buy things that have gluten in them and give them out at work. Like putting kit kats in my candy dish. There is no chance I will eat them but they are there for other people.

Sorry sis, I differ with you here. Traveling through Mexico using public restrooms with no running water - yes I will use it. Washing hands a lot, sure. Medical /doctor setting around people with sickness sure. Daily life? No way. Soap and water works for me.

I forget mine. I try to remember it and when I wear it I do check it from time to time. I went 9 days without synching it and it acted mad at me. It is a tool. I reject a guilt trip from a tool. :)

I think it is very active. One guy I dated was very into it. He had lost 100 lbs. he looked great. He was not right for me so I cant explain more - just an intense workout.

Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yikes good luck. You can do it.

It is not uncommon. I had an employee with a master's degree in a science that could argue fine points in front of a crowd but who could not answer a phone if the receptionist was busy (same thing).

Fortunately, they are not GF so not a temptation for me.

Woot! Very nice!

My dad plays harmonica.

Awesome background. <3 . I guess I like bluegrass then. I was raised an hour drive from anywhere until middle school. However I was more fish hatchery and logging community than farming but I was among the farms and my parents own a little ranch.

Hugs and good luck.

You got it out of your system and now you are good to go.

I have to confess I am with Mo on this one. Johnny Cash is great. There are occassional other songs I can tolerate. It is not the lyrics, its the music. I enjoy and appreciate almost every other type of music but country make my skin crawl. I am from rural America.

Oooh fun! Wish I could make it!
-
You have gotten through a lot today! Great job!
-
Yes. Spoil and pamper yourself regularly. Take time to play. <3 Grieving knows no timeline. Sending more hugs.
