The last six or so hours involved two hours at the doctor and driving to multiple pharmacies and spending all my disposable income this paycheck on ear drops. Son has a badly scratched ear canal and may or may not have a burst ear drum (we go back Friday, too much bleeding to see the entire ear drum today). He has a raging…

My daughter loves PB. We now buy two jars a week. She eats PB with an apple for lunch every day. PB by the spoonful for a snack. My first post here was about hiding it from her, but we have come to a balance after many talks.

Trader Joes did a firecracker bar. Yum

Thanks. He's getting worse and we have been here awhile. More than 1.5 hours

Protein farts was a suggestion to Quik for her card. Son seems to have burst an ear drum and is in a lot of pain. Still waiting on Doctor.

Protein farts. Taking son to doctor. His poor ear is still bleeding.

How many times have we heard slept with cousin's wife?

That's the littlest 'bingo' card ever. I think you need more squares. Minimum 25.

Nope. I'm horrible at phone typing though so we can pretend it was autocorrect.

I need to be training too. Blister still may need another day to harden up, it is pretty tender and my heels may be bruised. I may eliptical it for a few days. I have 8 of my 10 pounds left to loose.

For the record - I am running to finish to marathon. That is my goal. Maybe TK will BQ again, if his calves will finally behave again. He ran same year as you POF.

There it is! It all works out so well!

 Tucson. Net downhill. BQ Recovery hike the next day (there are beautiful areas that are much easier than my most recent hike. We could take the tram to the top of Sabino canyon and walk down a four mile paved path) plus Sonoran Mexican food!!!!!!!!! And TKs pool plus @rungirl1973!!! And perfect weather.
-
I confess that I used Saturday's hike as an excuse to eat for the next two days -because recovery food.

It is when they numb you up that you should wait until you regain feeling. I don't let them coat my teeth, it gives me an upset stomach when they do.

I'm new to fit bit so yes. Certainly most of those steps I had a pack on.

Nice. 21 years gluten free here. I would rather skip a meal than take a chance of getting sick.
-
But do they do gluten free?
-
So if you have limited options and have to eat it will not make you sick. Sounds weird but thats a plus in my book.

In N Out will do a grill cheese to order. There fries are completely fries only friers and the potatoes are from whole potatoes cut up fresh all day long. If you like or can eat milkshakes I hear they are good. They are very good about not getting cross contamination and are one of the only fast food places I will set foot…

Sounds like a great day.

Why can't you share it? You have a lot to offer so I am sure you bring a lot to the table.

Thank you all for the very sweet words of encouragement.

It was 53,000 something.. 443 flights of stairs. Turns out it is a Strava segmet for trail runners. 19 people have run it (I don't understand because it is big steps up, slipery rocks, sheets of granite, pushing through crown of thorn bushes, next to cliffs, and steep...) but it is 7.7 miles one way and the fastest people…
